A retreat with a sea view
Just two and a half hours from Athens International Airport, Evia Silence is nestled in the mountains of Evia Island. From here, you can gaze out over the coastline of Porto Buffalo Bay. Our retreat accommodation offers the ideal setting for yoga vacations.
The location has been chosen deliberately: remote, quiet and spacious — ideal for spending the week being mindful, reflecting and recharging your batteries.

Daily schedule
7:30–8:00 AM: Rise & Shine – Morning ritual
Gentle awakening, breathing exercises, getting in the mood for the day
8:00–9:30 AM: Sunrise Flow / Pilates – Morning practice
Alternating yoga or Pilates to activate body and mind
09:30 – 10:30 AM: Brunch
10:30 – 11:30 AM: Free time
Space for rest, journaling, or a walk by the sea
11:30 – 12:30 PM: Midday Move – Midday Practice
Sometimes more active, sometimes more educational – depending on the focus of the day
12:30 – 1:00 PM: Midday snack
1:00 – 3:00 PM: Free time / relaxation
Reading and relaxing on the balcony, by the pool, or by the sea
3:00 – 4:30 PM: Workshop
Selected topics such as arm balances, inversions, partner yoga (except on excursion days)
4:30 – 6:00 PM: Free time
6:00 – 7:00 PM: Evening buffet with Mediterranean delicacies
