The literal meaning of Vinyasa in Sanskrit is VIN = “to place”, YASA = “to move in a particular way” or in other words, “to move with intention”. Flowing movements in your breathing rhythm are at the center of this dynamic yoga style, while at the same time focusing your mind and calming down.
Hatha Yoga

The Sanskrit word “Hatha” is made up of “Ha” (sun) and “Tha” (moon) and symbolizes the balance of opposites, such as activity and rest.
The hatha yoga style based on this is a practice that aims to find the balance between these energies through mindful physical exercises (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama). The focus on alignment - the precise alignment of postures - helps to strengthen your own body awareness. Hatha yoga is ideal for all levels.


Nervous System & Breathwork

This gentle class is a space to step out of functional mode and get in touch with your body and breath. With simple breathing techniques, conscious movement, visualizations and moments of stillness, you will regulate your nevous system and find your way back to your center.

Pilates Mat

Experience a class on the mat that combines strength and body awareness. Through precise and flowing movements, you will activate your deep muscles, strengthen your core, and improve your posture. The connection between controlled breathing and focused movement enhances your balance, bringing you into a state of inner calm and stability. Without any equipment—just using your body weight—you will build a strong foundation for a healthy body.
