Therapeutic Reformer focuses on pelvic-floor health, posture and easing discomfort in the neck, shoulders and back. Movements are slow, controlled and intentionally sequenced to improve alignment and support body awareness.
Your instructor will offer variations for injuries and assist with modifications so you can move safely and comfortably.
