Reformer Pilates Fundamental

Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their technique.

In this class, you’ll learn the essentials of Reformer Pilates: how the machine works, foundational Pilates alignment, proper breathing and pelvic-floor activation. 

 

Expect a supportive environment where you can build confidence and master the basics. With a focus on form and simple, effective exercises, Fundamentals sets you up for success in all other Reformer classes.

Reformer Pilates Therapeutic

A mindful class designed to support your body’s unique needs
Therapeutic Reformer focuses on pelvic-floor health, posture and easing discomfort in the neck, shoulders and back. Movements are slow, controlled and intentionally sequenced to improve alignment and support body awareness. 

 

Your instructor will offer variations for injuries and assist with modifications so you can move safely and comfortably.
